L300 thigh cuff
Customer service and the rep that fitted me for the devise were great. The application is not the best. Sometimes it switches witch leg the device appears to be hooked up to, and I would like to have more control increasing and decreasing the intensity to much more than just 5 from the baseline.

I like the overall idea it but falls…
I like the overall idea it but falls below my expectation. I do my own home maintenance and have horses and found you can't side step. It tend to feel more intense the longer I wear it, I have to keep turning it down. what is the best way to get the pads wet.

Not at all like the video.
The associates are very nice and helpful. The product is greatly misrepresented in the advertising video though. It takes an enormous amount of time and work to be tolerable to use and is uncomfortable at the best of times.

My Bioness arrived weeks after they…
My Bioness arrived weeks after they said it would arrive. I waited a month between ordering it and receiving it. My Bioness rep made it up to me by giving me a year's worth of electrodes. The lower cuff doesn't seem to work as it should. It's pretty touchy and has to be in the exact right spot to work properly. My toe often turns in, and when I adjust it as my rep taught me, it turns too far out. I'm not happy with its performance. I asked my rep to write up a document that I could submit to my insurance company to ask them to reimburse me. She said she would. But that was on December 14, 2022. I still have not received word on the invoice she said she was generating.

Good product. Improvements needed.
Good product, but needs a few upgrades to make it great. Top panel of hand device does not stay open while trying to put it in place. Would be great if remote counted down (in minutes) to when each program ends. We put it on and have no idea when the program will finish. Needs stronger battery. Not only have to charge every night, but also in between use of each program during the day. My husband has gotten “burned” by electrode one time. We ended use while healing. Pads were less than 2weeks old. Staff member who helped with ordering lacked knowledge of product. Consultant was excellent, however. She also apologized on behalf of the company for all of the troubles we had getting the correct products. Our first one arrived weeks late and not preprogrammed. We had to return it. We are grateful for this product, but these improvements would help with ease of use during an already difficult time. Thank you!

Still Learning
All of your employees I interacted with were super! I wish I was able to have more interaction and hands on instruction with them.I remember everything they showed me. I downloaded the app but I do not know how to sync it with my bioness. I was told someone would send me a utube viideo on it but I did not receive that. If you have a person that would walk me through that it would be greatly appreciated. I'm always looking to learn more and keep moving. Have a great day and thanks!

the epg arrived unprogrammed
the epg arrived unprogrammed. it did nothing. it took 5 days for that to get reslved. i am still waiting for my refund for grants from ms society and foundation. still having trouble with exact timing but working on it with bioness

Have only had this for one week
Have only had this for one week, so I can't really tell if anything has changed yet. It's kind of uncomfortable so far. I'm not looking forward to when this has to be worn 12 hours a day! And when summer is over and I"m wearing jeans again - don't know how that's going to work. Guess we'll see....... Erin Sweeney
