I asked a question about ordering electrode pads and got this survey email I never did get an answer as to how to order more pads. I don't recall he clinical specialist telling us how either my training and introduction to the unit was at a McDonalds very distracting, unprofessional, and unconfotable.

Product is amazing. Terrible customer service. If I didn’t want the product so bad I would have quit dealing with company within a month. (Phone calls not returned, paperwork not filed on time, Didn’t seem like this company was working to get/sell me the device).

Got my new L300 go thank you but can't use it need to be programmed for me person that was going to program it couldn't make it times and coincide with delivery been trying to get ahold of someone set up Kumon program this for me and nothing so if you read this call me 616-635-5072 get somebody out here to program this damn thing or sending you send the money back

I’ve only used the device for few days now, but the difference is unbelievable. I’m walking faster, I have better balance, more streangth in the leg (since the muscles are more active now) and not less important, I (almost) look as if I’m walking as a person without foot drop.

Salesagent must be overworked, not very responsive to questions. failed to follow through to my requests for documents via US mail. Must not realize that all people are not computer experts especially the older ones. Product knowledge was limited . I think you would sell a lot more of these units if you hired some real SALESMEN [hated word I know],

Took forever. Over 4 months. Then when I got my device it was not set properly and almost shocked me to death. Took another 2 weeks to get someone to fix it and then a month letter I got a bill in the mail after I had already paid for it. Just poor customer service and it seems they are more worried about selling their products than making sure the client is taken care of. Would not recommend them.

A lot of adjustments and fine tuning are needed to make it work correctly. The training period is crucial to learn the device and for building muscle back.

I got an L300 for my RT leg in late December 2016 and was NOT told that they were "close" to releasing the L300 Go -- this upset me when I found out about 2-3 months later while I was browsing online from an article. To make matters worse, my skin broke out in several rashes and did not adjust to the L300 cloth pad that they continuously insisted I use, so I barely got to use it at all for the first 9 months I owned it -- eventually, I got to try their Hydrogel pads and it works good now. I was then only offered the "standard" discount for switching to the L300 Go by November 2018. Once I saved enough money to afford it on an 18 month payment plan, I ordered the L300 Go on July 14, 2018 and received it July 30-31, 2018; I have not been contacted about a representative fitting me for the device (which they said someone would do), and I am now stuck with an unusable L300 Go that I really want to use!...hopefully, this will get resolved soon. This has not been a good experience, it has completely exhausted all my funds that I have, and yet I am still optimistic that this will get resolved and I hope this new L300 Go will work well. If the latter portion of what I just wrote comes true, I will give it a little bit better rating despite the money that I have been forced to waste because of this company not informing me of their newer device coming out when I originally ordered my L300 (12/2016). This makes Bioness seem like crooks, and I have been given no reason to think otherwise; hopefully that changes.
