We found BIONESS very reliable and responsive to all of our needs. The device was delivered quickly and without a hitch. Subsequent calls for help with a problem were addressed very quickly. After the unit arrived, an appointment was set up with the field rep who instructed us on how to use the device properly; and programmed it for my specific needs.

Great customer service all around
Great customer service all around, from the physical therapy fitting, sales, and customer service. Good tool to help with walking and gaining strength.

Heather & Shauna were great during my process of getting the devices. Once received I had a telefittimg session scheduled with Shauna w/in 24 hrs!!

Efficent, easy, and thorough in explaining process from buying to receiving the device. Next step (pun intended) is to get trained this week. I'm excited to begin this new stage of my mobility.

It’s difficult to put into words the…
It’s difficult to put into words the many layers of myself that have been positively effected. I don’t see barriers but adventures now, I can go for a walk with friends, I can travel again, I feel so much more like myself, than I have in years. MS is really hard sometimes but being able to walk on my own is a gift that I thought was gone. Thank you for changing my life. Susan Boltz-McCarthy

Thank you Bioness!
I received the L300 Go leg Bioness 3 weeks ago and I love it. I am using it because when walking, my right toe always would catch. Now with the L300, I am walking with 1 crutch instead of two and I don’t have to be in my chair as much! I don’t have to worry about falling because my toe doesn’t drag any longer! Thank you Bioness!!
