Josh that helped me with the Bioness I bought was very helpful and knowledgeable. The help with the sale at headquarters was good as well. Very satisfied!!! Scott, my rep, was competent, efficient, knowledgeable and very personable- He took his time and answered all questions I had. Also will be making himself available when needed.
