We love the bioness and it has helped greatly with walking/gaite/balance and overall function. However, it is extremely frustrating that no studies (indications ) have been done on the bioness for afflictions due to brain injury. Because of this, it is a constant battle with insurance and oftentimes we have to pay out of pocket.

Bioness team is amazing and super helpful. I think the products algorithm needs to be improved, as of right now it's only useful for me when I'm only walking. But the regular daily use is much more complex than that, let's say you're at work, or home, or even at grocery shopping wearing this device, it makes you almost miserable activating the electrical stimulation in the most random times. Also, the app is outdated, it would've been great to adjust modes; obviously walking and cooking is two completely different activities that requires different algorithms for stimulation. And since they have the technology it's not hard to detect the changes, let's say you're running errands and you sit in the car, or you're at home and sat down 1 minute to rest, it needs to be deactivated and activated manually each time. For that reason I can't wear it daily and make it a habit therefore I'll give it 3 stars. I have a TBI and my foot drop makes my life much harder with constant tripping. This product is not there yet to help me in my daily life. If you only want to use it for walking exercises, I think this is a very useful product though.

It it’s a very annoying sensation that goes to bed with me it’s like I didn’t take it off my leg spasms all night but our clinician is working with me to get the device much more comfortable it does improve my steps

i thought i knew how to work the brace i don't quite understand if the device is suppose to be stimulating your leg if you are seating down or it just stimulate when you are walking ? I did call my sale rep once, but i did not ask about that

I loved it until week 5 or 6. I received what looks like burns on my leg…. It seemed to be triggered by unknown and I couldn’t get it turned off fast enough. Living 5 days without has been difficult and frustrating

The Bioness L 300 device is wonderful. It has definitely helped with my foot drop. The process for acquiring it was long and cumbersome. Customer service was at times helpful and other times slow to respond and inflexible to my needs.
