I initially had some problems with my new Bioness. It seemed to be not as powerful as my old one. I called the local rep and he met me the next day to check the settings. He increased the power and that seemed to solve the problem. However, the same symptom occurred again Bioness seem to lose power I called Brian again he met with me the next day again and through trial and error we discovered that the placement on the new Bioness was somewhat different than the old Bioness that I was used to. Once that was solved all was good. I now enjoy the freedom of the L 300 go. It is nice to be able to walk safely without shoes on! However the greatest thing to me was the customer service provided by my local rep in resolving my initial problems. He was knowledgeable, helpful and actually answered his phone when I called instead of going to an answering service! Thank you Bioness.

I have been wearing the cuff below my knee for three weeks now .I have gone from being able to walk a few hundred steps a day using my cane to now walking up to 2500 hundred steps a day on a flat surface without using my cane.Every day I try to walk more and I am very very happy with the product I am thinking I will be able to travel again/ walk thru airport terminals walk on and off airplanes,slowly, but walking. Very very satisfied. Thankyou

Although, the timeline from decision to purchase and receiving my unit was longer than I would have preferred (we are in the middle of Covid, so I'll give them so slack) I had wonderful service and follow up from both my rep and the company. I feel that I can contact them at any time and get great service. It is worth the price if insurance doesn't cover it. I am so much more active now.
