So far my Bioness experience has been really good. The rep has been very helpful and the product is beyond helpful for me. I have MS and am able to walk in a more normal gate.

It’s great had to wok with it every day

All i can say is thank god for this it has made a huge difference in the way I walk and the way I do activities. I used to be a ski instructor then I had my accident. A serious tbi. By accident I found this and what a difference I am skiing well. And my rep Katie has been a world of help, she has set everything up and when I need help she is there for me. All I can say it has worked for me more than you can imagine. I go to wasatch adaptive and they also can’t believe the difference. I also go to the national ability center they say the same thing they can’t believe it.

Although this product ultimately did not work out for me, I have to say the customer service is second to none. I suffer from nerve issues in both legs and lower back, which causes might right leg to be unstable when I apply full weight on that leg. I tried the L300 as one of many potential solutions that I have tried to alleviate my leg instability. Unfortunately it was not the answer for me. Although the product performed as described, it just wasn’t effective on me. The only drawbacks from my experience would be that I initially had to pay for the product out of pocket (most cases, health insurance will not cover the cost). Even though a 30 day trial period is allowed in which you can return the product, you still have to pay a usage fee which was roughly 13% of the total cost of the product in my case. When I initially tried the L300 I was allowed to wear it less than an hour. At that initial trial, the device appeared to assist my walking. Upon ordering the device and wearing it for an extended period of time, I found it was not as effective as I initially thought it would be. I would suggest allowing a person to at least wear the device for at least a day to give a better understanding of the device’s effectiveness. I want to be clear that Bioness never represented that the L300 would solve my leg issues. They provided a product that has had success with patients with similar leg issues. However, in my case, it didn’t work out. I am rating them 5 stars for their superior customer service.

The whole team jumped through a lot of hoops to make sure I got my Bioness equipment before I had to leave the country. Having the FES with me while on a very busy schedule proved incredibly helpful. Thank you so much.

The bioness has improved my walking and gave me so much confidence. I now enjoy walking and can keep up with my family
