The company was reachable for questions and concerns. The clinical therapist was helpful and available. The only issue I have is that the device does not operate as expected the placement is awkward and I wish there was a way to apply the device the same way every time.

At first the cuff worked awesome. But now it is hit or miss… don’t get me work, it’s doing well!!

I have had a hard time with finding the correct placement. I spoke with the tech through zoom but I think in person instruction after you receive your device would be better. I am getting used to it and building the strength in my leg

The Lower Bioness calf is much better than a fixed AFO support device. I like the adjustable intensity controls. Fits nicely and I wear it, essentially, all day. The upper device works well too. However, the "non-slip" rubber ribbed bands dig into my thigh and creates a sore spot - rash. Hence, I am unable to wear it every day. I wear this device when I know I will be walking longer distances. I have to put some tissue between my skin and the rubber band to reduce the skin rash. Is it possible to use the softer padding similar on the lower device on the upper device? Or a smooth rubber band without the ribs?

This device has increased my walking speed and I do feel as though it is helping with strength in my weak leg. The more I wear it the better it gets. Thank you bioness.

Although I'm not 100 percent releaved of many walking problems. I'm am satisfied with my support staff. The thigh cuff could be stronger.
