Just wanted to thank Dipesh Nayee. The service for my l300 and l300 plus system had to be recalibrated. The new parameters are great. Also a Thank you to Joey Rosati for all tech support and setting up this meeting with Dipesh. Thanks again Gentlemen.

It was a pleasure to work with Nadine and Colleen. These two ladies are a great team to work for your company , they know exactly what they’re doing as far as the product verbally and hands on. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner, if they couldn’t answer their turn around time to respond back was great. They walked me through everything I needed to know without hesitation.

Dipesh Nayee was great and patient
Dipesh Nayee was great and patient! So far, I'm very happy with the device. I haven't walked 2 miles without a brace for over ten years and now I can! Game changer for me! I notice that my leg is more tired but I assume that it is because it's the first time I have use my leg freely for 10 years.

Nate was very helpful and patient
Nate was very helpful and patient . He also sent me a video of how to start my new orthosis working and showed me how to detach panels from old one and fix on the new one . It was very helpful

Melanie our provider is wonderful in…
Melanie our provider is wonderful in walking me through all the aspects of BIONESS. It is a learning curve for me. It greatly helps my toe lifting for walking and I have even noticed my walking is a little better even when I am not wearing it. I have developed a slight skin irritation which I hope will heal and not become a problem. Melanie has offered suggestions for this

The PT rep was very helpful and informative. The finance department made everything easy.
