Katie and Nadine, made me feel as though was there friend and never made me feel as though I was just a sterile client. I love working them and Katie was so extremely helpful even with my 4 monsters (grandkids) crawling all over and being so interested in the cuff. I also love the cuff! I can walk bare foot! I haven't done that in YEARS!! Katie and Nadine need a raise! They know customer service like it is just how they breath every moment!! Thank you so much!!

The device itself is great and in time will make a measurable difference in my walking. It's only been a couple of months and I can tell there is improvement. The device overrides the insurance concerns The biggest con I have is centered around Bioness not being contracted with most insurance companies. I can understand that because it would be an administrative nightmare. I wish the company would be more upfront about that.

The devise has been extremely unreliable. There is no reproducibility from day to day and most days there is no charge !

Love the device. It really helps when fatigue sets in. Just wish it was a little. It smaller so it fits inside of your pants.

I also suffered a stroke about a year and a half ago it’s been two months with the bioness and now I’m back at work this thing really does what it promises and I hope everyone in this group is also having positive results with their rehabilitation but nothing will replace what PT has done for me the bioness only reinforces the work you put in… if You are in the eastern Long Island area then Dipesh will be your best hope of understanding and helping you to adapt to your new way of walking without his help I would not be able to be back at work so Dipesh Nayee sir thank you for setting me up for success… it’s not perfect but it’s been a huge help my only regret is not being able to get it sooner.

my gait has improved tremendously in the month I have had my device. my strength, endurance and confidence have all improved. working with Vanessa White my local rep and Angela Miller on the financing and purchase were great experiences. I'm walking a mile to a mile and a half every day now.my stroke was on August 29,2021 and was still using a cane 2 months ago. Thank you! love it!!
