As with my previous device (the original) Bioness L300, I am able to move or walk faster and more freely. I am very proud and happy to have the opportunity to use the L300 go; it’s a game changer !!!

It took me at least 6 months to get my equipment approved. It was denied by a doctor in California , that had no idea what my situation was and what I was going through. Then paperwork was sent to my neurologist on a Friday afternoon and said that he had 48 hrs to fill out the paperwork. He filled out on Monday. They denied the paperwork because it wasn’t filled out within the 48 hrs. My neurologist wasn’t always at the office where the paperwork was sent. Then my neurologist was suppose to have a peer to peer with the doctor in California. When he called the doctor in California he was on the phone for an hour and no one answered his call. My neurologist is also busy, he can’t stay on the phone and waste his time. I live in New York and that’s where my health insurance is. So the Bioness company is in California and my insurance was denied there. I was eventually approved for for the equipment after a lot of nonsense. My therapist and neurologist were really pushing and hoping that I would get this equipment because I definitely an excellent candidate. Now that I have the equipment it for sure helping me in my recovery. I have transverse myelitis. Thank you, Melanie Long in Syracuse, NY for her help. A Bioness Representative
