The great customer service experience I had began with Kathleen Neri Senior Patient Financial Services. She notified me that unfortunately the insurance company did not cover the cost for the Bioness H200. She then gave me other purchase options available. This has been the best purchase I’ve made for the excellent results my son has achieved by utilizing the Bioness H200 on his right hand.

My husband wears the Bioness L300 GO calf cuff everyday for toe drop. This has been a game changer for him, giving him more confidence and stability while walking. He also loves the advancements that have been made with this model. It is simply controlled by an app on his smartphone.
