The product is still new to us but we were very happy with the evaluation, set-up and training on how to use both the leg and arm brace. We have very high hopes for a better quality of life.

Being a customer with foot drop on my right leg, I was interested in being able to use something other than the AFO. This device was a great alternative. i am in the initial stages of use and Enjoy the freedom this device gives me.

So far my interaction with this company has been excellent. I probably would have given them 5 stars but I really haven't had the unit operational to fully give an accurate opinion as A WHOLE. Ask me again in about a month for a more accurate review!

Very pleased to receive the bioness device for my drop foot due to MS. Everything works as advertised. Only complaint is there should be some padding on the foot module because it eats up the side of my foot. I bought some moleskin to help but it is just another step that should not be needed. All communication with the Bioness company was very friendly, professional and timely. Very pleased with customer service so far!!

After using the first day,when I took it off my affected leg felt very stable, which gives me confidence that the nioness will give me positive long term results. The only negative is my affected foot tends to roll outward, which affects stability.

BIONESS Rep is phenomenol. Reps good on phone but feel they should be educated on appeals if insurance denies.

Good device to help you with foot drop easy to operate specially if you only one funtional arm I dont have ro wear a foot brace and i walk faster with it and s barely need a cane best part is it can be use with pants as long they are not skinny fit
