I had the best experience with my rep Dipesh. He was so helpful and professional showing and adjusting my device Bioness L300 Go, he went above and beyond, I have no complaints. He made sure I place my device correctly, and adjusted the stimulation, so I be more comfortable wearing them. He would answer my every text if I have a problem. Always answering, always courteous, friendly and knows how to be helpful. Thank you Dipesh!
