Bioness products are amazing! I own the H200 for my arm, and the L300 foot drop for my foot. I’ve had numerous strokes, been to countless therapists and have regained little to no rehabilitation of my left side. However, Bioness products have given me hope for rehabilitation. Even my very damaged arm has seen results, and responded to the Bioness therapy. My doctor has seen results and promise for further rehabilitation for me, and has shared information about the Bioness products with other patients, because of me. I would have given my review 5 stars simply based on the products, but considering the service I’ve experienced with Bioness, I can’t give a five star rating. Bioness has phenomenal products, but the customer service is seriously lacking! It felt like pulling teeth trying to get ahold of the inside sales rep and even worse to get ahold of a sales rep to meet me to try the products, and then to be fitted once I’d finally been able to obtain them. Since last December, I’ve had three different sales representatives. On my very first appointment, the sales representative was a no show. She later quit without giving any notice to me as her client, the next rep that i was assigned, did the same thing. My experience has been that I need to make frequent calls and emails to customer service and the sales representatives to make sure I’m taken care of. Never before, in any other market, have I had to bother sales people about giving them a sale. In most cases, it’s the other way around. You’d think with such amazing products and with as expensive as they are, that customer service would be a lot better. The service is gravely disappointing, embarrassing and frustrating!!

I love my Go!! I no longer need to worry about what shoes I am wearing and whether the foot sensor is appropriate for them. In fact, I can go barefoot. And, when I am at someone else’s home I can take my shoes off. I no longer need to worry about a pocket or purse for the controller. It rarely beeps at me. And, there are not as many lights. It is easy. I can grab it on my way out the door and just GO. It really works! Gives my toes that little extra lift. It helps me climb stairs as well. Love it! What I would change? I would make it skin color or at the very least one color. It’s cool but I want to keep that to myself. I don’t really want anyone else to know I am wearing it.

All aspects of the transaction for the L300 GO were excellent and the PT evaluation and first "fitting" by the therapist at HealthSouth Cypress in Houston were also excellent, caring, and gave me extra time. My only reason for not giving 5 Stars was the distance I have to travel to get to the rehab hospital for therapy. Maybe whenever Medicare wakes up and starts approving these devices Bioness will be able to place them in more rehab centers. Thanks for a quality product and a chance for improved mobility and better life.

I like it for the most part. Takes some getting used to but I’m definitely glad to have it. Rather costly and insurance won’t cover it unfortunately. It’s a quality product. Nice to need no foot device. Can walk barefoot or in socks around the house.

Product works well, but poor user feedback. Needs app to let user know what it is doing (eg mode, current strength, duration, etc).

It needs a lock open to put the pads on. Very hard to do when you on have one hand working.

I really love the L300 and how it improves my son's gait!. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the equipment is not covered under our insurance policy, and we had a very difficult time securing funding, despite assurances from the company that they would help.The help was essentially a link to set up a Go Fund Me page, or for applications for grants that we were ineligible for. I'm glad we were able to reorganize our finances to get this for our son, and his confidence and independence has blossomed!

Wonderful, difficult to put on the lower Bioness with one arm.
