The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I haven’t had to call customer service yet! I am so happy I went with this new equipment...I tried another manufacturer first and was disappointed with it. When I went for my appointment to test drive the 300 Go I was immediately impressed that it did not take an hour to find the right spot for the electrodes to work! I put it on as directed, turned the unit on and off I went! So happy that I purchased the upgraded product, I am less restricted and enjoying wearing long forgotten shoes! Thank you!
