overall this experience has been mostly positive and Bioness has worked hard to fix the problems that have come up. Bioness is a company I fully support and I am very happy with my new L300go.

The Bioness 300L GO is a great system, I can wear any shoe or boot or go barefoot. It helps me to walk further, and reduces falls. Customer Service was good, although some of the Bioness policies, such as taking back new electrodes was a bit of a disappointment.

Overall my experience has been good. At times a little confusing, but that is to be expected I am sure when trying a new device. I have used the L300 for eleven years but am now in the L300Go. It is taking some adjusting and I would probably benefit by going to a bit of physical therapy with the new device. There in may be a problem, as to my knowledge, there are no therapist in my immediate area familiar with the L300Go. It does work somewhat different than the other L300, but I LOVE not having the foot sensor and remote to deal with anymore! I like the app on my iphone and would like to see it improve with upgrades as time goes along. I also am very excited to be able to wear different shoes and boots, as well as go barefooted for the first time in 15 years! It is very price, but I feel very blessed to have the money to be able to use it. I seriously wish insurance would at least help with the cost of the unit. Thanks you Bioness for helping this recovering stroke survivor walk with more ease. Many friends tell me I should be a representative for Bioness as I have worked through a few issues in the past eleven years of use, but it was so worth it!

The products are great they work as advertised the only problem is the cost. I paid full price for my first 300 simulator but the company was awesome and gracious enough to give me a super discount to upgrade to the go system which I am very appreciative of thank you.

Works well. Chug in modem a little confusing but I think I have IT. Will need to get more electrodes in a couple ofweeks

The only reason I did not give the 5th star is the fact that insurance does not cover a medical device that has been proven to help after we have tried many other options. I am looking forward to the new L300 go as we had a lot of trouble with the old model and the gait sensor.

Still getting used to it; leg does get tired from the stimulation. But definitely feel improvement in my walking gait.

The L300 works well in keeping my foot, from dragging. When taking a step, it automatically pulls my toes up. I enjoy the wonderful difference it makes, all day.
