The device is unreliable
The device is unreliable and support is almost non-existent. Over the phone they advised me to moisturize (like that was the problem). I have waited two months for someone to help me. They have canceled twice, each time postponing weeks to a month.

No training or follow up provided after…
No training or follow up provided after I received the product. I know I was suppose to have vitual training when I received it but no one followed up on it. I had a problem with the L300 go 1 month after I received. It went dead without any warnings. I called the support line and they walked me through to get it running again. Very quick response and said it is a product defect they have not resolved yet. I do like the product just not the support of the company

Unusable in less than 3 months
This device was purchaced for my 16 year old daughter who has cerebral palsy. Previously she had a Walkaide that she used without issue for 7 years. She has had the Bioness less than 3 months and it wont charge. She is away in Europe on student exchange and as we purchased it in Australia they wanted her to post it back to them in Australia and then post her out another one from Australia to use while its getting fixed. They wanted to use her disability funding to do this. I asked can they not assess it in Europe before sending it to the other side of the world? It could be something simple like a faulty battery or cord that could be easily replaced. They are now liasing with a company in Europe. 16/10/24 My daughter has been given the number of a company in Europe that will look at her device. I will keep you posted. 23/10/24 My daughter has been given a loan device that she was able to collect from a nearby city and has given them her device to be assessed.

I love the device, but.....
I love the device. It is working great. But the way I had to go about getting it is ridiculous. I first saw the rep in March, and still having gotten the billing correct. THe fact that My insurance company would cover it but not issue a prior auth (bad on them) but that you still made me pay $9600 out of pocket to get it is also ridiculous. Then, the courtesy bill that you sent to my insurance after i paid for it was sent to the wrong address. Maybe my insurance company is partially to blame, but the way you guys handle business has made things go very slow and like I said, still not resolved.

It works 85% of the time. It beeps a lot when it doesn't, which can be embarassing.

The device wasn’t helping me as much as…
The device wasn’t helping me as much as I hoped it would. Unfortunately, the trial period expired before I came to that conclusion. A very expensive mistake. On a positive note the support and service was excellent and I have zero complaints about that. If you are going to try this device make sure you test it in all situations while you are in the trial period.

Poor Bioness App Tracking Steps
The Bioness App does not track the steps that you take each week or each month. The app does track your daily steps, but does not track your steps each day by week or by month. Let me know when you fix the bug in your application software.

I had difficulty keeping the device on
I had difficulty keeping the device on. It fell off too easily. I left a few calls to Christine and it was a long time before she got back to me. We still haven’t spoken.
