Hi Claudine, Thank you for providing an honest review, we appreciate your feedback. Sorry to hear that you were unaware of the electrodes requiring change every two weeks. Electrode cloths or hydrogel, require change every two weeks for sanitary purposes and to ensure effective stimulation to the targeted area. We would be happy to provide more clarification on maintenance. We want to make sure that you receive the desired outcome using the L300 Go. Hi Greg, We are glad to hear that you have started treatment with your L300. For some individuals, edema may be present and require preparation before starting your plan. Your Clinical Specialist can work with you on this to first reduce the swelling and then provide an effective foot drop treatment plan.
