It works after I take a few steps but before that it stays on for a bit like holding my for down so it's difficult to start walking but after that it works perfectly

Love the new product. Wish I would have had more time to go over how to use it.

Our experience with Bioness has been wonderful. Rob who we worked with in the field trying out the device was amazing. Christina who we worked with during the purchasing was very nice and responsive. I never had to wait long for a call back when I would leave a message. These devices are life changing for my daughter.

Customer support is great. Continued contact with the representative with whom I was dealing. Her follow up was excellent. My only complaint was that I was discouraged from filing an appeal. She din NOT tell me not to, but said that filing the appeal was generally unsuccessful, and that the company would not accept the estimated $1000 that had been the amount Insurance companies had granted in the past. I filed anyway and won my appeal. I think others may just give up if they are unable, either physically or cognitively, to put in the work and follow the guidelines to appeal. Again, I would like to commend the service as excellent. My rating of four rather than five was because to the above mentioned scenario.

Overall I would have to give Bioness a 4.5 star rating. My lovely bride has both the H200 and the L300. The only issue we seem to be having, which I consider minor in nature, is on the H200, the piece known as the, “Extensor Wing”, where Electrodes #1 and #2 are located. The Extensor Wing detached itself from the wing arm quite easily with the slightest movement of the wing arm. I haven’t report this issue to CS yet only because it hasn’t hindered the ability to use the device nor has it hindered the effectiveness of the device. Keep in mind that both of these devices are probably the best on the market for what they do and that type of technology doesn’t come cheap. My bride has been using both devices for a month and we have seen her ability to walk and move her fingers improve. Thx Bioness!!!

Had a stroke in 2009 with profound right sided hemiplegia and footdrop. The DARS (department of assistive and rehabilitative services) paid for the L300 bio stimulator at the time. Have had it now for 9 and a half years now and it has allowed me my independence back again and I was even able to get re-employed last May. Two days ago the unit stopped working altogether (unfortunately). I have used it very heavily with many warranties purchased and several different parts replaced over the years. A few months ago I tried to purchase a new L300 go unit but my insurance denied coverage saying that it was experimental and unproven. Then I tried to use financing and was turned down for all the financing options. Now the entire unit no longer works. This is a fantastic product. I would love to purchase a new one but for now I guess I will just have to live with the dropfoot. Thank you Bioness for as long as I was able to have it.
