Purchasing the L300 go was easy …
Purchasing the L300 go was easy enough, finding a physical therapist qualified to work with the device is another story. It appears bioness is getting the device sold but they have not prepared therapists to work with the new device.

I like my 300go and it does help me …but
I like my 300go and it does help me walk better, but feel that at the price I was charged it’s not a good value. The remote should have been included, it’s not practical to use the 300go without it in any climate where long pants are required. I feel cheated having to pay so much for this as an add on.

CNS cooperation and thenar replacement
I hope that John's therapists at the Centre for Neuro Skills (CNS) follow Kim Arzillo's instructions for John, regarding the H200 and L300. The H200 had a defective thenar piece. I hope that I will receive a replacement thenar piece, so that John can utilize a fully functional H200.

I could not get ahold of anyone at …
Tech support is very helpful and got my issues solved within minutes of being on the phone. Joey had a great attitude and was very patient with me trying to get everything together! I have been trying to get this brace since January and have not been able to get appointments set up in a timely matter. For as much money as I’m giving your company I should be able to get appointments within the same year!

Works really well when it works.
Works really well when it works. Had difficulty with the charger. And difficulty with blistering. Hoping to get it all firing properly soon!

Need for customer service improvement
The product is amazing. Customer service and assistance obtaining the product was much less than satisfactory. Failure to return calls failure to follow up etc. I begin the process in January of this year. I finally was able to complete the process in August of this year. The delay was 100% BioNess employees failure to follow through and complete needed task.

fairly satisfied, excited for new model's realease
I purchased the legacy model with plans to upgrade once the new version comes out. One complaint of it is that I felt like it was hard to find the correct spot to position it. The new model attempts to solve this by having a third electrode, which I am looking forward to. At times when sitting my skin gets pitched by the cuff. The rep from the Bioness company that did my fitting was excellent and she did a good job at explaining everything I needed to know.
