I was told my Bioness go would ship on a Friday and arrive on the next Wednesday. I was called on Tuesday afternoon and told they did not no why but my product had not been shipped. They would overnight it and it would arrive on Thursday so I could meet the tech on Friday as planned. I had to completely rearrange my schedule and it was a major inconvenience. The tech zKatgy Ramirez has been wonderful.

Stayed home because I was told I needed to sign for unit. Not the case.

It took a month to receive the unit. Steven was good at first, in that he got the finacing taken care if immediately. Three weeks went by with no communication then the last week it was going to ship on Friday and Monday i was told by Steven it was on back order. It final was came in on Monday of the next week and shipped out overnight. FED-X did not deliver the cuff until Tuesday about 3pm in the afternoon. I finally got it fitted on Thursday morning by Mary! She did great. However the cuff takes a get it turn on.

I purchased an H200 several years ago, and it worked well for about a year. Now, their is an issue with the portal where you plug it in,so I can't get it to charge correctly. If you even breathe on it after you plug it in, it stops charging.

Bioness pricing for upgrade customers from L300 to L300 Go is petty and predatory. $5000 for a L300 Go upgrade and then I had to pay for shipping. Really? The L300 Go Remote is $100 within the first 30 days of L300 Go ownership and $850 thereafter. Really? The L300 family has never been covered by insurance. Despite this fact, Bioness continues to spend a disproportionate amount of money on marketing rather than making their products cheaper for patients who have no choice but to pay full price. Same story with supplies. The true cost of electrode pads can’t really be $15 every two weeks. The L300 Go is a great product—A welcome improvement over its predecessor. It’s unfortunate that Bioness makes the L300 Go so difficult to own.

The extended waiting period between paying out of pocket for the device and still not being able to use it is beyond frustrating!

I've had this bioness equipment for at least 3 months and i'm still having trouble getting it to turn on in the mornings. It's charged, The pad is wet and I follow the directions. But I end up every morning attempting at least 4-5 times before it gets activated. this was not an inexpensive piece. I'd exspect it to be less trouble. Once I have it operating it's no trouble. But I think my epuipment is faulty.

I think the Bioness is a great device, but we are having trouble deciding the best spot to place the cuff on our son's leg. He walks better than with a regular AFO, but not as perfect as he could walk for what the product cost us.
