I'm very impressed with the results so far the team works well to achieve positive goals set for patients hopefully I can get the mobility in my Arm to function with normal Activity Of Daily Living.

The only negative aspect of the whole experience is making the 2.5 hours drive for the device fitting. My area does not have a representative so I understood that I would be responsible for meeting my representative for the device fitting and my rep from ATL did help me to find rep closer to my location. However, after investing in the device, it would be nice if the reps were willing to come to the device for the fitting. Other than that, I am very happy with the service, communication and the device itself.

The folks assisting you to get this device are very good. The only “ complaints “ I would have are that the sales people call a LOT when you are thinking about purchasing and they offered help to get funding from various sources and sent a list of resources but it needs updated as many of the links no longer worked. The device itself has the potential to be life changing for some people! It is easy to use and, in my opinion, worth the money if it will improve my quality of life.

Bioness Review The company reps were very helpful, but initially were a bit pushy. I had to say several times, this is a decision that I need more time to think about before making what for me was a big decision. The Bioness is not covered by my health insurance, and the out-of-pocket purchase price is very very high.

The L300 Go works wonders! I had the previous version years ago, but the addition of the thigh unit is amazing and I love that I can use it without shoes! It really kickstarts my walking, helps with my gait, balance and sense of security. I can walk better, faster, longer, and more securely. My only complaint is that the company no longer fifers a sturdy carrying case I travel a lot and am worried about transporting it securely. They used to provide a case that had a mold for each component. Now, they just give a mesh bag for this expensive 2 piece unit!!! That is the only reason. Didn't give it five stars.
