Love the devices, customer service, PT Support! Cost of devices, app, and pads only negative

Love the devices, and Bioness PTs and Customer Support! They've went above and beyond! Only reason for 4 Stars - total cost for both units and on top of that have to pay additional costs to purchase the app and pads. Bioness ran deal on free pads for a year, but only if I was able to purchase devices before the end of the year (holiday season). Would be nice if year/lifetime supply of pads were included in the purchase. Update: Thank you for your quick response to my posting and for making me aware of the grant of up to $500 in matching funds! I received a donation from the MS Society to assist with the purchase of my Bioness device, and I can use the matching $500 to help with purchasing the year's supply of electrodes I will need. What do I need to do in order to secure the $500 in grant funding? Thank you!

We offer grant matching up to $500 for approved funding sources, including the MS Society, National Stroke Association, Friends of Man and many more. In addition, we have low or 0 Interest financing that allows the device cost to be divided across more affordable monthly payments. Please understand that the Mobile App is an alternative to the device control unit offered at a significantly reduced price. Electrode pricing is also at better value when purchased in larger quantities. Unfortunately, we cannot offer them free of cost due to manufacturing, however, we will take your suggestion and pass along to our team for other considerations. L 300 Go
This is actually the 2nd leg device I have purchased. The first was a L300 about 6 years ago. I liked that device, but the L 300 Go is considerably more user friendly without the shoe gait sensor which allows me to switch shoes easily. I absolutely have been impressed with your staff both times and appreciate the time spent with me to be sure I am familiar and comfortable with the device.

Overall Bioness works
Overall Bioness works. There are some glitches with the app that are getting fixed. I wish the connection for the charging unit was more secure. It is hard to tell if it is connected and has come disconnected. The company is great to work with though.

The device
The device, Bioness L300 is amazing and feels like a miracle for me. I do wish there was a way to have less wet or dry electrode contacts. It feels like I am walking around in a wet bathing suit. And I am concerned about how well i will tolerate this when the weather is cooler? Responsiveness from staff has been good and the PT rep who screened and helped me with a virtual tutorial once I received the device was wonderful. Thank you for giving me freedom of movement!

i really like the product although i…
i really like the product although i use it sparingly ..it kind of makes my leg feel funny.i did figure out how to use it. i am in the middle of tax season so i really can't spend much time using it .. i look forward to using it more after tax season thanks.

I have not yet been able to get my new…
I have not yet been able to get my new Bioness 300GO calibrated for me because of transitioning from our winter home in Arizona to our summer home in Michigan. I have an appointment with my regular physical therapist on Tuesday April 14 and will learn then whether or not he can do this for me or if I will have to wait until the Bioness rep for this region comes to the Health Source facility where I receive my therapy treatments. Sorry this is taking so long, I'll just blame it on the technical problems which necessitates changing protocols. Sincerely, Andria Plonka
