This device is ideal for me. It combines the e-stim with a device that is permanently attached to your hand. When the bioness device is on. The service rep who "hooked" me up to was well informed also. Her name is Kim Kopka. I give your company a big thumbs up!

Bioness L300 for drop foot
I was exceptionally pleased with the lady who went out of her way to contact my Dr. and Insurance company, so that I was able to obtain my L300. The Bioness technician whom I met initially for my free trial and then to explain to me how to use the knee brace was wonderful also! I am very pleased with your employees AND my L300. I have joined a gym and am able to walk on a treadmill for 2-3 miles on each visit! Many thanks for making a great improvement in my life!!!!

Customer Service....Stellar!
First and foremost, the customer service that I received from both the receptionist/customer relations and the physical therapist was absolutely great. Representatives made me feel wanted, accepted and important.
