Hi Jeff— Thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback. We understand our products are expensive and not covered by all insurance companies. In the meantime, if you continue to fight and keep pressure on them on why you need the device there is a chance they will change their opinion. Also wanted to let you know there may be other options for you too like our financial hardship program with sliding scale discounts.
