Lisa Villar was great customizing my L300 unit. She took the time to thoroughly explain and demonstrate the control unit, adjust the band, and answer all my questions. Wonderful customer support! She also responded quickly to a text message when I had a problem which she resolved!

I have's had this unit on 3 X's , Nov 2016. July 2017 and Aug 2017, I have purchased this device out of my own pocket, since my Lovely Ins Company is Fighting me. go figure! but having had the device on for for just a few short minutes my hand was Totally RELAXED!!. Thank you!!

bioness for drop foot
Have only had Bioness 300 for 2 weeks (drop foot from a stroke) but I can take longer strides already. Hoping to lose the cane soon. Only issue I have is that the web site does not include pricing for the maintenance items. Because I had to pay out of pocket for the device it would be helpful to be able to budget for the maintenance products. Also I did my own research and found this device. I had to tell my rehab doctor about it. You need to get to rehab facilities and demonstrate this device.

I don't have a list of maintenance item pricing -- we're working on updating the website. You can always give us a call at 1.800.211.9136 to get a pricing list, sorry you have to call us. Our marketing team is always pushing to raise awareness of our products -- it's unfortunate you had to educate your doctor.
