Bioness products are truly life changing! They give a person mobility and freedom. You can not put a price on that. However, your marketing needs to improve! I am writing from an MS perspective. Professionals know little or nothing about Bioness or it's products. If, they have some knowledge of your product they do not know how to refer a patient for an evaluation or assistance. They don't know if works or how it works. I think this is a shame and I feel sad every time I see someone struggling to walk or sitting in a wheelchair. Medical professionals and PTs need to be made aware of your products and how affective they are. I have talked to young PTs and they have had little or no exposure to Bioness products during their education. The same goes for Neurologists. You need to hire a top marketing firm and get the word out to rehabilitation schools and clinics. Bioness needs to be made available to more clinics. Your current sales model is not reaching enough people. A top marketing firm should do a review of your current model and make Bioness available to more patients. You have a great product let people know about it.

We are still in the trial period, so cannot say much about the device itself yet, but our physical therapist staff representative, Hannah Miles, and Brandi in the home office have both been great to work with. We were not as impressed with another staff member, but grateful for Hannah and Brandi.

I have only used my Bioness for a little over two weeks and so far I like it. It definitely is something to get used to but I think it will be very helpful in the end. I ordered the upper thigh cuff with the unit on the inside of the leg. I would prefer it on the outside at this point as it rubs against the other leg when I walk. Otherwise, a good product.

Everything was very good. Unfortunately I had to return the device as my situation did not lend itself to continued use.

Good system. However the detached controller needs updates. I use the system to be able to walk with walker. I have use the 300 for almost a dozen years. The new controller does not give feedback as the the state of the system. Example, when ambulating I at times need to increase or decrease intensity. The new controller is blank and when using the intensity buttons it remains black. It does show the new information unless it goes through a restart, or it appears that way. Standing still while holding on to the walker while trying to make intensity changes is very awkward. It appears that the system has to resync to be able to make changes on the fly.

The app is lacking. I use it on my left leg. It is common for the app to say it’s right. Sometimes takes 5 times of reloading to get it to say left side. Also it doesn’t keep distance information past the current day. Would like to see my history to see progress.

Still getting use to using this device. On my good days it is perfect but still have many questolns.

Representatives have been very professional and helpful. However, follow up and aftercare is not what we expected. The H200 has operated as designed. However, the L300 has been problematic from the start. The exercise type and intensity are usually grayed out on the phone app. When we finally got the controller, we have been unable to get it to sync and cannot use it. Even when using the manual controls there have been problems using the upper and lower cuffs in tandem. I have repeatedly contacted Bioness and so has the PT involved. We still have issues.
