I like my Bioness L300 GO. I do have issues with the app. I paid over $5800 for this and the app costs $25. For $5800 one would think the app would be included. Now the lack of support for ios14 is concerning. Any idea when this may be updated?

Bioness training mode decreases muscle tone. Major complaint: hand held remote or app not included or explained as option to use Bioness. Trial done with adjustments by rep. Impossible to self train without “ options”. Product delivered incomplete because of this.

We are trying to get started. I am very dissapointed in the app! I can not pair the app with my iPad. I am able to do this with other devices but have been unsuccessful. This means I can not help my Husband navigate. We can not track anything either. Natalie tried, Josh tried???? I need tech support. No one has called. Both of them asked for it no one delivered it.

Unit is great has muscle working but it faults a lot reset it and works awhile does this 3-5 times a day

My understanding was that your staff members would meet with me again after the initial Bioness set up in order to adjust my programming and expand the use of the hand device. Instead, they are sending me into the hands of a rehab center, without such a meeting taking place. Don't get me wrong; these devices are great. It's just that your staff should have been much more forthcoming with treatment steps that would go far beyond your sales department. Getting such OT/PT appointments, back to back, is difficult to impossible to do. The least your company could do it shepherd us along, and/or tell us to schedule such appointments well in advance. A month has now gone by before I learned this. This is, quite frankly, unacceptable.

When the units pair up they seem to work well. However we have constant issues pairing the units and tech support does not answer or return messages. Also the device is limited on changing settings yourself as it needs the assistance of Bioness to make a fine tuning which is pretty annoying. For the price it surely does not do all it is cracked up to be.

The shipping was slow and I had to wait after full payment was made.

I gave this process three stars because of how quickly I received the device. I am concerned about how much I am having to do without any assistance. It’s amazing to me that as large of medical community at San Antonio has, there is no representative here and available
