I have had an excellent experience with my brand new L300GO When i became interested in the device and wanted to try it before buying it, My first point of contact was Kathy Ramirez. I found her to be very knowledgeable of the product, ultra friendly, customer focused and an awesome personality! I will absolutely send any potential clients to Kathy! My L300GO is a joy! I was actually suffering along with my customized AFO which although it allowed me to walk safely, was very uncomfortable after a short time in wearing. I spent most of the day at work and home in an uncomfortable state since I was always concerned about how uncomfortable the AFO is or that my feet might swell if I wear it too long. I spent more time un-strapping, loosening and taking off the AFO than actually focusing on life and work it seems. The L300GO is another level of comfort as compared to my AFO situation! I am actually REALLY comfortable when I am wearing the device. I find myself not even considering my leg situation most of the time and am able to focus on work so much better. I found myself in the grass in the backyard the other day! something i would not even have considered with the AFO. I don't know how I can describe any better that the L300GO has made my work, daily life, and therapy environment so much more effective and comfortable than i thought was possible. My wife has had the L300 system for ten years, and we have been very happy with it. However, in the short time we have been using the new L300 Go System we have found it to be even better. Her gait is more natural, and the system has proven to be more convenient. The service we have received from Bioness has been excellent. We are now in the process of looking into the offers for electrodes and extended warrantee. You have definitely improved my wife's quality of life.

Before I received my bioness L300 plus go system I had tried multiple braces including AFOs but never was able to walk without spasms and someone holding me up. When my accident happened I was told by many doctors that I might never walk again. But when I got my bioness I was given back my ability to walk and be more independent when using the system. I can now play golf again, go for walks, and go to hockey games and be able to do stairs without being carried. I would highly recommend bioness to any one who wants to improve their quality of life and be able to be more independent and free! Plus who doesn’t want to be part bionic!

The sales rep was very responsive and helpful in finalizing the purchase. The Clinical Specialist quickly agreed to a time and place to meet and set up the Bioness H200. She was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. She worked with the therapists to ensure they were comfortable with assisting in the use of the equipment.

I am satisfied. The device works just fine, however, because my calves are so small, due to muscle loss, the device pinches the back of my leg. I find myself not wearing it as much as I could.
