Love the L300GO, much improvement over L300 legacy! Walk more balanced and quicker. Clinician Marshall scheduled my fitting appointment within a week. Very quick. Marshall explained everything I needed to know. Marshall was great! Ordering from client relations is always a good experience. Very friendly.

I used a Bioness for four years. Then my Legacy Model broke down, and I switched to the updated model.(L300 GO) It took two months until my new Bioness was delivered (fortunately insurance covered it!) In the meantime I wore an AFO brace. When I saw the PT for my new LG300 GO setup, my range of motion in the affected ankle worsened to a -6. This was caused by spasticity that recurred from not using the Bioness. The updated device is much easier to use than the previous one.

I would give Bioness 5 stars if the communication was better. I love the product! I have the L300 Go with the thigh cuff. The sales rep, Corey Morrow was very helpful. He was informative and responded to my emails promptly. He also let me try the device a second time to try some adjustments. The sales office was not as reliable with responding to my questions and communicating about delays. Everyone was courteous though.

I have secondary progressive multiple sclerosis. My mobility has been severely limited. Bioness has given me a new lease on life. I'm working hard to get around with just a cane or walker. I want to use my mobile scooter soley for long journeys.
