BioLiteReviews of bioliteenergy.com

BioLite has been a part of my outdoor life for over 12 years. It started with a sleek little camping light traveling everywhere with me . Years later and I now have two of the Alpine Glows, the camp stove, and the Firepit+. Their designs are great and their customer support is top notch. It’s obvious they care about their products and they care about their consumers. Highly recommend.

My dad loves his lamp from BioLite and uses it almost daily. When one light mode stopped working after a year, he got a replacement very quickly and without any trouble. The customer service was excellent and very friendly. Great experience overall!

Always a quick response and helpful support. Really appreciate they cater to longtime customers and do whatever is needed to make things right. Highly recommend their products.

I purchased the 18ft and the 44ft Solar String Lights directly from the BioLite website and LOVE these products! Initially, I was concerned when I did not receive my shipping information after several days but after reaching out to their customer service team they promptly responded and ensured that I would receive these products in time for my camping trip. Overall, I've had a great experience with the product and the team behind it!

They are consistent providers of an excellent product. On top of that, they have a great mission to support with their sales. I’ve been using one of their power hubs, some of their lights, and a solar panel 5 for off the grid lighting and device charging for years without issues. I had a small issue arise with a shipment recently, and customer service was quick and helpful.

The customer service I received was top notch. Through a mix of their and my own issues related to an order, it looked I was potential at an impasse. But they proactively kept working to successfully resolve the issue to make sure I was satisfied. Layn was very responsive. The experienced definitely raised my assessment of them as a company.

Absolutely unbelievable customer service! Layn handled my issue and had me up and running in record time! I LOVE this brand!

I had a great experience with BioLite customer support. Layn was responsive, clear, and extremely helpful in making sure I received all the details for the Pro Program. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, and it genuinely made me even more excited about my order. Fantastic service and an awesome brand—I can’t wait for my gear to arrive!
