Hi Joey. Several months ago we did have a few customers who experienced a slow down in test processing time due to a spike in the number of samples we received for testing. However since that time, our lab has added substantial additional testing capacity, and turnaround time is no longer an issue. Hi Donna. I'm sorry that you felt that BIOHM did not provide you with adequate instructions. The BIOHM Gut Report includes step by step instructions in the testing kit. In regards to BIOHM probiotics and other supplements, each shipment includes a a brochure of instructions on how to use all BIOHM products. Regarding the automatic renewal, we're sorry for the misunderstanding. We purposefully don't bury the details in small print, because we want people to know when a product is a subscription. We do that by putting "Subscription" in the actual product title. For example, for BIOHM probiotic, the purchase options are "One-Time", "Subscription" "Bi-Annual Subscription" and "Annual Subscription." We then have details of how each subscription works directly next to the "Add to Cart" button. Hi Tim, Thanks for the feedback. Just to add some clarity, the pie charts do actually show how your gut compares to normal healthy guts, not the general population. We're not sure what you mean regarding bacteria, as your test results do include how bacteria levels in your gut compare to normal guts. We're happy to provide further explanation if you could email us at [email protected]. It sounds like you received one of our early generation 1 tests that did not include nutritionist recommendations. All tests now include complimentary written recommendations from our team of nutritionists that give you specific actionable recommendations based on your results. You also have the option to speak with a live nutritionist about your results.
