Hi Shane. Several months ago we did have a few customers who experienced a slow down in test processing time due to a spike in the number of samples we received for testing. However since that time, our lab has added substantial additional testing capacity, and turnaround time is no longer an issue. That doesn't make it any less frustrating for you and the others who experienced the slow down, so if you could email us at [email protected] we'd like to figure out a way to make up for the slow timing you experienced. Honestly, I have tried at least 7 other probiotics and none of them comes close to doing what BIOHM probiotics do for me. The only thing I would change is the price. I wish it was a little cheaper. I do highly recommend it because it has helped me so much.
