The product did not work as advertised and was a waste of money. Maybe it works for others but when taking my good bacteria numbers actually went down

BIOHM emailed me after my results came in. The message said, "Let me know if there are any questions I can answer for you!" I emailed back asking some questions and didn't get a response. Emailed a second time. Nothing. Will never order anything off this site again. A waste of time and money since I couldn't even get enough information to effectively use my results. Honestly, feels a little like a scam.
