Love this product. I put it in my morning smoothie and it has all sorts of great stuff in it that gives you energy and helps with various issues in my health! Try it...you'll like it.

I have to be honest, I am pretty disappointed. I was very excited to have this opportunity and my results. The reason for the mediocre score is because the results are technical and not easily understood. Sure there are charts including pie charts of the lab results that show comparisons between what's normal and my gut, but no background information or context explaning the data and results, the importance of certain bacteria and fungi, etc. I did request a nutritionist look at my results and make a recommendation (which is inclusive in the price but you have to make sure to request it in the email with your results). It's been almost the expected two weeks for those to come in. I hope they'll help. If you want a consultation to discuss the results (which most people certainly would), it would be another $50 + dollars. My sister had her gut tested by another company and it was free through insurance. It's one of those cases where the lab results seem to be of high quality, but if the patient can't understand them, what's the point? On another note, the customer service I experienced was great.

Hi Bethany. We understand that the gut report results can be difficult to understand. Because of this, we provide the option for a written recommendation, or a live, more in depth phone consultation. We have restructured our pricing model to now include the live phone consult if desired. I'm sorry that this option was not available previously, but we would love to hear your feedback once you receive your written recommendations. I believe the products are very helpful. Because of my purchase I received a free assesssment of my gut health from a stool sample. I did get the report about a month after submitting my sample. I am know waiting on suggestions for how to improve my gut health. I signed up for the report when I received the results of my assessment over a month ago.
