Horrible company!!!!!
Horrible service. Delayed report. Want you to fill out research data before they will release. Poor customer service. Still haven’t received my report but get spam from them three times a day and it’s been months. AVOID!!!!

Hi Jerry, I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with our personalized gut report process. I want to take a moment and ensure you understand how our gut report process works because what you stated above it not accurate. 1.) We do NOT ask our customers to fill out research data before we release their report. We ask customers to fill out a lifestyle questionnaire so that we can better provide a personalized recommendation back to you. We need both the questionnaire and the lab results to deliver the truly personalized experience you deserve. 2.) We emailed you on 4/18 and ask that you please complete your questionnaire. We also emailed you 5/9, 5/17 and 5/23 with no response. Again, we need the lifestyle questionnaire, so we can provide you with specific recommendations. 3.) We email customers at most 2 times a week with what we deem extremely helpful and informative blog articles about the importance of the Microbiome. We do not send spam 3 times a day.
