The fecal analysis done by BIOHM Health was excellent and has helped me identify the presence and cause of the longterm gut dysbiosis that has been causing multiple health problems throughout most of my life.

Well, I don't know. I'm not a microbiologist so I have no clue. They offer a PAID consult but I don't think that's right. It should be included in the price. Unless someone is a microbiologist. Going to try Deepak Chopra's Viohme next time.

We ran the test again, on our dime, to ensure you were given an accurate report. We communicated the reason for the delay to you as well as offered you a free consultation with our head of wellness. Biohm is asking me for a review before sending me my test results. They don’t send any updates on the sample processing, I have no idea if they are working on it.

Upon looking into these details further, I do see that the review e-mail was sent to you a few days before your BIOHM Candida Report results were sent to the e-mail address on file, [email protected], on 6/18/18. We do apologize - the review e-mail should have been sent shortly after your results e-mail. I will definitely forward this information along so that we can get this issue resolved as soon as possible. Here at BIOHM Health, we provide an e-mail update once your sample has arrived at our lab, and also when it is in the last step of processing before your report is generated. We found that sending out multiple status update e-mails ended up confusing our customers, rather than helping. I really support this company! But a few things about my experience. I did the gut report and didn’t get my results for 4 months (after the initial purchase). I understand that the technology is still new, but it would have been good to know from the beginning (I was told 6-8 weeks, which I assumed would be the entire process from purchase to results. It was about 9 weeks from when the lab received the results, which was about 7 weeks after purchase). Secondly, the review didn’t give me much information on what the results were. I was hoping for an explanation of what the bacteria in my gut are doing. What I received was basically a sheet explaining that I should eat more vegetables (which we all should do, of course). What would be nice is a booklet explaining what the bacteria do in the body/gut that you are testing for. Candida, for example, has a host of symptoms if overpopulated. This info would be very helpful for someone who has Candida issues but hasnt ever heard of Candida. Candida is easy to find online, but the other ones on the test were extremely hard to find online - some I couldn’t find any info on.
