Although I love the Biohm Probiotics, I hate having to use their website to order them. I can’t get through it quickly without other products popping up on my screen urging me to buy them as well. Additionally the chat box is terribly distracting and not easy to blank off my ordering screen. It would not disappear as the customer support person insisted it would. Finally, on the last visit I couldn’t even complete my check-out because my screen went gray when I refused to reply to a “multi-product discount!” I am now looking for a new brand of probiotics so that I don’t have to endure this irritating site again!

Took too long and info is sent separately. I get results that I’m not in good health and then I have to wait weeks for info on what to do about it. I should have just gone to a doctor instead. I don’t recommend

It was fast to get my test kit but I have been waiting forever to get the results and I keep getting marketing emails to buy stuff. I am not going to buy anything if I don't even know my results.

I am disappointed so far, took way to long, the results lacked any meaningful explanation and they began hounding me with emails to buy products since purchasing the kit. Still waiting to be contacted by them to discuss a action plan.

Probiotics were pretty good; company seems more concerned with making money than serving customers. Why do I need to call in to adjust or cancel a subscription? Why no courtesy message prior to a subscription shipping? These things are standard in what is becoming a crowded industry. Biohm's decision not to adhere to these--presumably to capture a few more dollars from customers--is a simple thing but lost them my business.
