Takes a long time to get results which is fine as it is stated when purchasing. But I finally get results and there is no interpretation as far as weather I am in need of something or what is considered good or bad. For example my PIE compares an example of normal and then my results next to it. I wish I knew if it were normal to only have two strains show up in mine when I see that there are more than two in the example PIE. So then I have to wait another two or three weeks for a nutritionist to contact me, And in the meantime I am struggling to interpret my tests results. When you are ill and you reach out to these online tests as a last result, it is a shame that you are still in the dark two months later. I did get some feedback when I inquired about a list of definitions of these strains to try to understand what mine mean, but still have no idea.

I was eating a strict, healthy diet. And doing the colon cleanse. Did not see a change in anything whatsoever. Taking the pre and probiotics. Make me extremely tired. So have to take them at night now

The transparency and understanding of what is happening throughout the process is non-existent. Currently at 1 month and i've had to contact twice about what stage of the process I am in. In the beginning I had no idea that it would take +6weeks to get the results back. Hoping to get my results in the next 2 weeks.
