I had a problem with my order. They sent the wrong product. Multiple emails by me over the course of a week to explain the situation received NO response at all. I can only assume (and hope)they are out of business!

This product does not work unless you are able to completely seal the room you are treating. This was NOT CLEAR in the description so I basically wasted by money - not worth returning because they charge you a re-stocking fee and the cost to return. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND unless you are able to actually seal off the room with no sunlight coming in. MISLEADING!!

I can't say enough positive stuff about Biocide. This is the only product that got the cigarette smells out of my Semi Truck. It had been smoked in for 3 years solid and smelled horrible. You have to leave it in the vehicle longer than they say, (48-72 hours solid) but, this is actually one of those things that "more is better" when using it. I continue to use the auto shocker on a monthly basis as I like the fresh clean smell it leaves behind. I had to treat the truck twice to get the smell out. Once with 2 units and then once with four units because I wanted to destroy the entire smell and boy did it completely destroy it. This is a product that you can believe the hype about. Money well spent!

Did not affect the tar and nicotine odorin my garage. I bought Ozium replaced the biocide and the smell is almost gone.

Trusted for our used class 8 trucks. For heavy smoking trucks, sometimes 2 are necessary - one in the front and one in the back of the bunk. The ones for the house are also nice too - especially for apt where there is a heavy curry smell. This brand knows what they are doing! Thank you!

Great product; worked well; great results.

We did what we could to clean the interior of this truck but were no match for years and years of cigarette smoke. Until we found this product. It's so easy to use! My clothes no longer smell after driving it and there's a clean air about the cab we NEVER thought attainable. Thank you for an outstanding product that does what it advertises!
