However, Cornix auto-execution is limited by Cornix, not by us. Cornix only supports automated trading on Binance and Bybit. When using KuCoin, signals must be executed manually. This distinction is explained in our setup guides and pinned messages, but we acknowledge it may not have been communicated clearly at the time. Regarding signal frequency, signals are market-dependent. During certain periods, especially when conditions are not favorable, we intentionally reduce activity to manage risk and avoid forcing low-quality trades. Refunds are handled according to our published terms, and we do not deny refunds arbitrarily. That said, we recognize that support communication in the past did not meet our current standards. Since then, we have restructured our support team, removed unofficial contacts, and centralized all communication through verified channels only.
