Hi mi, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and we understand why this situation was frustrating. At the time, our auto-trading setup required a minimum balance to function properly due to exchange and execution constraints. When balances were below that threshold, the bot could not be activated as intended. Since then, we’ve completely revised this process to avoid any confusion and to ensure clearer communication upfront!! To be clear, Binance Killers does not custody user funds, nor do we have access to member wallets. Any transfers related to third-party tools were handled directly on the blockchain and outside our control. That said, we acknowledge that expectations were not aligned in this case, and that’s on us to improve how this is communicated!! We’ve since updated our auto-trading policy, making it free to connect for members and removing minimum balance ambiguities entirely.
