Actual human support
I immediately was given human support by chat with an impending serious issue. It was quickly clarified. Fyi: I am enjoying almost zero fees with my API trading. I couldn't be happier.

I had a complicated issue that needed a…
I had a complicated issue that needed a few days to resolve, and went through several support personnel. Through it all, they were pleasant, courteous and helpful, guiding me through the process till it was resolved. I'm impressed with the continuity of problem solving and that I didn't have to regurgitate my issues every time I spoke to a new person. Well done and brilliant support.
