worst customer service in history of customer service

If I could give this zero starts I would. The company is either completely incompetent or criminal. I forgot to put the tag on my XRP transfer from kraken and it got lost on nov 29, 2020. They asked for a transaction number, a video of myself and a copy of the transaction. I gave them this . They stated that the fee would be 5x the usual. I sent them everything. They confirmed it was recieved and ok and it would be credited to the account in five business days. It showed up on january 13 2021 on the distribution line and was not in the balance or the tokens held. They stated that they no longer allow trading of XRP but did allow transfers, but since it is not reflected in balance and not even listed as a coin held, I can't do anything and it is the same as being lost. I sent no less than 6 emails about it. They answered back with helpfull links which were useless and never answered my question . Today feb 27, they wrote back asking me for the same information that they already had in order to find the transfer. Also, it is impossible to get your identity advanced verification. failed 10x. Their customer service is a disgrace. I just want out of that crap hole of a company. but since I can't get my identity verified, i can't transfer funds.
