My account reads verification pending for 3 months now which makes no sense as I've been trading on there for a year and was verified! They are not replying to my emails, and I can't buy or sell anything. Had to use atomic wallet and withdraw all my crypto off they're site. Binance US sucks!

Have been trying to contact them for months about why they're not accepting my identity verification. Unfortunately I now have been trading on their platform for a bit but without verification I can't move any cash out of the account. So they got to keep all my trading fees, and now they're going to get to keep $17K in cash, at least until they get shut down for fraud, or they get some customer service people actually handling their business.

Talk about a useless platform that holds your money hostage while ignoring every single support ticket submitted. Binance.US has almost $400 of my money that I can’t transfer to a wallet, trade or sell. My bank refused one transaction (they flagged it as fraud) so I attached different bank information and deposited additional funds to make up for the failed deposit. According to their troubleshooting guide that should’ve helped, but, nope, it did not. I still can’t do anything with MY money on their platform. At least Coinbase finally got back to me. After 3+ months I haven’t heard a peep from Binance.US. At this point I can only assume their US platform is a scam or they’re just that inept and unprofessional. Do NOT use Binance.US if you ever want to see your money again. I am NOT giving them anymore money and they better fix the situation soon. I’m beyond pissed. In a time when families are struggling just to pay rent, they should take better care of the customers that trusted them. They do NOT deserve anyone’s trust, faith or investment. Hey, Binance.US, respond to at least one of my damn support tickets. I think almost 60 plus days is more time to respond to at least one damn support request. Or just admit openly that you can’t handle your investors & their investments, that you have no idea what you’re doing and that you don’t have the capabilities to support your customers. At least then I can write this money off as a loss and move on to a platform that does care about their reputation & customers. I thought Coinbase was bad, but Binance.US may be the worst I’ve ever come across. Edit: After looking at the other reviews i at least now know what I can do as far as taking legal action. Or at the very least I’m going to talk to the bank about filing for chargebacks. Thank you to everyone who actually posted honest reviews and not just their referral codes with undeserved 5 stars!

Worst Identity Verification process in history, I would love to get online and spend money with them to trade cryptocurrency, but basic Id verification has been stuck in "processing" for over 3 weeks now, I even got an email asking for an Address verification that sent me to a non-existent link, so I sent a support ticket and still never heard anything back... Luckily I don't need them anymore as I have already been trading and making money elsewhere on 3 other more competent platforms with instant ID verification.... If this is any indication of how they run things, It would be very hard to trust them with any of my money or crypto currency if I was to ever get my ID verified....

Been locked out of my account since March 1st 2021 sent numerous emails had preprogrammed responses set back asking me for documents in verifying my identity to reset my 2fa. I sent all the documents that were requested and still haven't heard anything back have about $500 tied up in binance and have had to formally report them to the SEC. I Highly suggest avoiding this site at all costs, and if you've been done dirty by them I suggest filing a formal complaint with the SEC. The more complaints the more apt the SEC will be to look into binance.

Literally the worst company ever! I thought Robinhood was bad but this is much worse. 20 emails with no response, no phone number, no customer service. Pay the extra fees and use someone else. My account has been locked for weeks now with no way to fix it.

LOST DEPOSIT Sent a 5 figure deposit from Binance to BinanceUS 49 days ago and it is still not in my account. It was missing the memo tag. They have responded twice in 7 weeks. How can it take 20 days to respond to such a simple matter involving so much money??

I hate this freaking platform, coinbase and voyager are the best. Binance hold your funds for 8 days after signing up. When you deposit funds, it says partially locked, but the entire asset is locked. I hate Binance Us . The simplest little change in setting, then your account is locked for 24hours. I really wished eth fees were cheaper, I wouldn't use BNB
