Cannot withdraw 100% funds to our bank…
Cannot withdraw 100% funds to our bank account. Cannot sell entire stocks they asked us to keep some stocks. Lot's of head ache with withdrawal to bank account take long to fiat account verification. Worst stock trader ever faced. Go for robinhood it's the best choice.

I have been unable to withdraw USD to my…
I have been unable to withdraw USD to my bank account. I stopped receiving the verification emails to release funds so my money is stuck on the site without any known reason. I've had no issues with binance.us until this point. I've submitted tickets to support and there's no response. It's been 3 days which I'm fearing could be much longer before someone gets back to me to resolve this issue. Until then I have no way of cashing out if I need to. Exchanges have come a good way but there's still a long way to go apparently. This is extremely disappointing.

If I could give ZERO stars I would
If I could give ZERO stars I would. Binance.US has kept me in "Pending Verification" since September!!! I have submitted multiple request tickets and received ZERO response. I found this review site and see other users have their $,$$$ tied up with Binance.US and I am so glad I did not get that far. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY.

I don't even know where to start with…
I don't even know where to start with how frustrated i've been with this platform. I've been pending for a month with the only help in form of an automated response. This site is a joke, zero customer service that is actually helpful with multiple inquiries on what I need to do. I suggest to use a different platform, especially if you are new to crypto. Binance us SUCKS!

Worst nightmare
Invest your money somewhere else, I been waiting 2 month to be verify, I change my phone number and can’t log in, I contact them, provide them the id pic, the pic holding id the video holding id requesting to reset my 2FA, send them my bank statement and nothing work this people send me email after email with same BS if you need help let us know we are here to help, and I’m wondering is this for real? Or is a joke ? Not a serious website or just very bad customer service #1019324 they keep sending me email after email for help but no one help. If I was you invest my money somewhere else this people are terrible in helping and we are talking about money, not paper.

This is the most ridiculous site I have…
This is the most ridiculous site I have ever dealt with !!!!! I have given up , nothing works after several attempts on several different days !! And this is the very first review I have ever given just because I am so frustrated with this site, I dont usually want to take the time but this is over the top !

I dont see what the problem is…
I dont see what the problem is verifying my identity. I also know two others who tried last Friday and its monday and theirs is still pending as is mine. What's the problem?
