Binance.US - Where deposits go to stay, FOREVER.
I was a Binance user when the first boom crypto happened, I loved their platform....until they forced everyone to binance.us. The transition was fine, I was quickly verified and deposits were quickly made. One deposit failed and I quickly fixed it, my account was only temporarily disabled and fixed the next day. Once I leveled up, I made a few trades for big gains, out of nowhere my trading was disabled, however I was still able to purchase through the wallet. I made one small withdrawal with no problem. When I tried to withdrawal two weeks later, all withdrawals and transfers were disabled. Now, 3 months later, with countless service requests, I still am unable to move funds. Thankfully it is only a small amount, however peers of mine have 6 figures locked up.

Binace US is a JOKE
Binace US is a JOKE. They don't give you low cost options to withdraw any crypto. Ex like ZIL they wont let U withdraw ZIL now because it's a low cost option. they wont let you use a trc20 usdt option like on the reg Binance.. NONE OF THE PERKS & ADVANTAGE of the Reg Binance is provided to BinanceUS. .. Conclusion Binance Doesn't give a Sh#t about US Users & It shows.

Ok started off well..
Ok started off well, until I tried to get verified,OMG, after waiting one week my verification was denied, note I used the same photo of my driving licence I used for coin base verification, the customer service is non existent, summary ok when it works.

don't understand why they do not have…
don't understand why they do not have better support. I have had an acct for 3 months asking the same question over and over - only to get a canned answer that doesn't fix my issue. My account is verified and still they never up the deposit / withdraw limits to $5,000

WORSE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!
WORSE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!! Signed up for Binance.US and when verifying my account I kept receiving an error that my SSN was already in use and to contact customer support. Emailed support and a rep by the name of Elan either didn't understand the issue or had no clue how tofix the issue but basically he/she was unwilling to assist even though I provided screenshots. I even explained I had no issue signing up with the origina Binance.com website. Anyways it seems it was a sign not to get signed up due to the horrible reviews on this page. BEWARE when you sign up.
