I had an issue with not being able to…
I had an issue with not being able to purchase Crypto. Then when I uninstalled Binance and reinstalled it, I recalled that I had changed my Password to the bank that Binance wasn't linked to because of that, so I just had to change that information on the site, to get it updated.

Customer service was outstanding!
Customer service was outstanding!! I had problems setting up all the features on my account. I was given a live intelligent knowledgeable agent instead of a stupid A.I. bot to help me. Everything went smoothly. It was almost enjoyable after dealing for 3 days with the AI customer service Bots on another crypto platform site.

I’ve had more experience with Binance…
I’ve had more experience with Binance US than most everyone else. This is definitely the best platform. The customer service is very important and customer service at Binance is superior to everyone else’s
