Hello
Hello, I need help changing the phone number linked to my Binance account. I have been trying to update it for the past two weeks, but I still haven’t been able to complete the process. I need access to my account so I can use my USDT. Please help me update my phone number as soon as possible. Thank you.

This company is horrible and terrible…
This company is horrible and terrible customer service!! I wired money to my account to buy crypto then send to my girlfriend. I was never able to send and they locked my account with over $600 left in it. I CANNOT get any answers from customer service or email or service support ticket. I called and still couldn’t get a person. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced!!!!

No response from support after waiting 3 days.
They closed my account after I deposited funds via wire, it's been 3 days since I did that and still waiting for my funds to come back to my bank account, contacting support via live chat and via email to somebody called (Adam) from BAM but don't get any response, terrible customer service. Today my bank finally received the returned wire funds. Slow with no ability to talk to a human. glad to be moving on.

i got scammed through the platform
i got scammed through the platform. submitted all the evidence. law enforcement doesnt want to cooperate. SUBMITTED DOZENS OF EVIDENCE.....THEY ALLOW SCAMMERS ON THEIR PLATFORM AND DO NOTHING ABOUT IT...LOST MY MONEY...IM UTTERLY DISGUSTED

My account got locked from day one and…
My account got locked from day one and the issue was never resolved. I have $200 on that account that needs to be returned to me ASAP. They said they were going to get back to me in two hours and takes them a whole day.

Shut Down at Binance for No Reason
I attempted to do a crypto transfer and it didn't happen. I have tried many times to get this reset. The customer service is AWFUL, mostly clankers (AI robots), very few humans. They all send a canned response to any question. I've been shut off from my money for a week with no sign of resolution. Their website says Buy, Sell, Trade. Yeah right! Please note the pre-written replies from Binance on this Trustpilot forum. That is all that you're going to get from them.

There's nothing.\nWrong with my sms there's nothing wrong with my authenticator, please fix it so I can log in my own account. I can't do anything if I can't log in, you said the situation resolve , but AI is repeating on purpose, lock up your account on purpose.No support, they will be consequents for their wrongdoing.It's not good faith
